I came across a Taiwanese tea house that served bubble tea.
Most bubble teas contain a tea base mixed with fruit (or fruit syrup)
and/or milk. Ice-blended versions of the drinks, similar to slushies, are also available, usually in fruit flavors.

A laptop because it's more portable. You can put it on your bed.

Fluffy Pancakes

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- cooking spray
Directions
- Combine milk with vinegar in a medium bowl and set aside for 5 minutes to "sour".
- Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Whisk egg and butter into "soured" milk. Pour the flour mixture into the wet ingredients and whisk until lumps are gone.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat, and coat with cooking spray. Pour 1/4 cupfuls of batter onto the skillet, and cook until bubbles appear on the surface. Flip with a spatula, and cook until browned on the other side.
Delicious Apple Pie
Apple pie
- 2 (9 inch) pie shell
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 (12 fluid ounce) can unsweetened apple juice concentrate, thawed
- 6 cups sliced green apples
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).In a small bowl whisk together cornstarch, cinnamon, and 1/3 cup of the apple juice concentrate. Set aside.
In a large saucepan simmer apples with remaining apple juice concentrate until apples are tender, about 10 minutes. Stir in cornstarch mixture and continue to simmer until thickened. Remove from heat. Spoon apple mixture into pastry-lined pie plate. Cover with top crust. Seal and flute edges. Cut steam vents in top.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until crust is golden brown.
